It's time to go beyond endless definitional debates about what knowledge management "is" or "is not" or whether certain products fall in the category of knowledge management -- or not. The principles of knowledge management are more fundamental than any product. We define some of them based on our our own experiences and insights.

On February 21, 2000 the Ethics 2000 Commission released proposed changes in model ethical rules for lawyers that pertain to lawyer web sites, legal advertising, communication with prospective clients, and related matters.
